About Your Coach
Danielle fully recovered from many years of struggling with poor body image and an eating disorder. Danielle coaches individuals who are currently struggling with body image and disordered, emotional and mindless eating, have a degree in psychology, am a trauma informed yoga instructor and have studied the mind/body relationship through both the western neuroscience lens and the eastern holistic one.
